Booking an appointment with us is the first step toward creating your perfect custom PC. Please note that there is a 10 CAD fee for booking an appointment. If you choose to proceed with any of our services after the consultation, the 10 CAD will be credited back to your account as a cashback.
However, if you decide not to proceed, the 10 CAD booking fee will be non-refundable.
During the appointment, we will discuss your requirements, provide detailed information about our service tiers, and answer any questions you may have. By taking this step, you’re committing to the journey of having a custom-built PC designed exclusively for you!

Here’s how the process works:

  1. Submit the Appointment Form: Fill out and submit the appointment form with your details and preferences.
  2. Receive the Meeting Link: Before your scheduled appointment date, you will receive a meeting link via email.
  3. Discuss Important Details: During the meeting, you’ll connect with our team to discuss key information such as the package pricing and the cost of individual components.
  4. Receive Your Invoice: After the meeting, we’ll send the invoice to the same email address you provided. You can also access it anytime using the Track Appointment feature.
  5. Taking these steps ensures a smooth process and brings you closer to your dream custom-built PC!
